I kinda miss my old studio. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my new outdoor "studio", and I totally favor natural light.... but there is a certain fun about shooting in a dark studio, and creating the light yourself. I have been perusing old hard drives, and found my first shoot in my old studio! I thought I'd share it with you all and see what you think of it. This is the day I met the flawless Uzmee Krakovszki,  who is now a star makeup artist. I also met the talented Yuya Takahashi, who is now designing custom made head pieces. And working with Nora was amazing. She nailed every look,  every time. Here are a few of my faves from that first day in the dark studio four years ago .... so exciting!

My style has evolved significantly! But I am still a fan of moody. I love this last one. What do you think?
